My work explores invisible dimensions of reality—what exists beyond perception yet shapes how we experience the world. Beginning with natural phenomena such as light and environmental changes, I translate these impressions into abstract visual forms through painting, installation, and immersive environments.
I understand these observations through Asian philosophical concepts, particularly Nothingness, exploring cycles of presence and absence. I see natural forms not as static objects, but as accumulations of time—tree rings, flowing light, and organic patterns that embody continuous transformation. Natural materials such as mother-of-pearl are approached as living records of time, formed through the gradual growth of marine life. Its shifting surface allows me to reveal imperceptible processes, unfolding between presence and absence, continuity and infinity.
